To get started on the CitizenShipper website, click the Get Free Quotes in Minutes button. If you're using a mobile device, tap the menu in the top-right corner of your screen to access it.
This will take you to our shipment form, where you’ll choose your shipment category and fill in the key details in a few quick steps.
After selecting the appropriate category, provide a brief description of your shipment, enter the pickup and delivery locations, select your preferred shipping dates, and optionally upload a photo. The form typically takes about two minutes to complete.
Once you're done, you'll have a chance to review your listing. Here’s an example of what a completed shipment listing might look like:
As soon as your shipment is live, transporters can begin bidding on it. You’ll receive an email notification each time a new bid comes in. You can view and compare all bids directly from your CitizenShipper dashboard.
