That’s why it’s vital to keep all communication on-site. If you exchange contact information with a shipper before they book you, you’re not only breaking our Contact Exchange Policy and Terms of Service, but also undermining your own future prospects. Therefore, helping shippers avoid paying our Booking Fee isn’t viable as a long-term strategy.
If any issues arise with a customer during a shipment booked through CitizenShipper, our support team is available to help mediate and find a resolution.
