CitizenShipper doesn’t like spam any more than you do. That’s why we turn off our notifications to you, as a driver, if we don’t hear from you for 4 weeks.
We send email and SMS notifications to you when a shipment matches your geography and category preferences.
If you haven't placed a bid on a shipment for 4 straight weeks, we’ll pause sending you both email and SMS notifications, so we aren't spamming you. Importantly, this doesn't deactivate your account or your subscription; you can still log into your account, message prospective customers (if you have a current subscription), and place bids at any time.
Don’t fret, if you still want to hear from us, you can quickly and easily re-enable notifications. Bidding on any shipment will re-enable your email and SMS notifications. To find new shipments, log in to your account at citizenshipper.com/login, and you will be directed to your recommended shipments dashboard. You can also discover shipments to bid on by using our search tool.
If you change your mind on a bid, you can easily retract it.
Please note: If you do not have an active subscription, you will retain limited platform access and continue to receive email notifications, but you will no longer receive SMS notifications.
