Category Offerings is a feature that allows you to display an optional list of services and equipment you can provide on your trips. It’s a quick way to let customers know what kind of experience they can expect when working with you.
To edit your list of offerings, go to Settings > Category Offerings, then click Add Category. Select a category from the dropdown menu and check all options that apply to the services or equipment you provide.
When adding items, only include services you can reasonably offer to most customers. Avoid listing options that may not actually be included with a trip, and be sure to communicate clearly with the customer if any part of the service changes.
You can also add offerings in multiple categories, allowing you to highlight the full range of services you provide.
