On any feedback-driven platform, businesses live or die by the reviews they get. And few things are as frustrating as a customer that seems perfectly happy with your service, but then neglects to provide the rating and review that you need!
That’s why we’ve worked to make the feedback process as simple and seamless as possible. One small but important feature that supports this is the shipment “Delivered” status for completed jobs.
Here's how it works and how one quick action can help you collect more reviews.
After completing a shipment, it will still appear in the “Booked” tab of your Dashboard.
To update it, simply click the “Mark Delivered” button. This action does a few important things:
- It increases your total number of completed shipments on your profile.
- It sends an automated message to the customer, prompting them to leave a review
- It gives you the option to write a private note that the customer will see after submitting their review
Each of these steps is designed to gently encourage customers to leave feedback. And as you know, more positive reviews make it easier to win bids and grow your business.
CitizenShipper is built on trust and connection between transporters and customers. Taking a moment to add a personal note, something as simple as thanking the customer or saying you appreciated working with them, can go a long way in building those relationships.
Keeping your shipments marked correctly also helps you stay organized, so you can easily see which bookings are complete and which still require your attention.
Make it a habit to mark every completed shipment as “Delivered.” It’s a small step that helps you strengthen your reputation and create better customer connections over time.

I am not a driver, but I have used R & D precious deliveries two times and I want to leave a review for both times. We had a great experience with the deliveries so I wanted to make sure that they get the proper reviews the company deserves. Thank you,

Once they mark the shipment as delivered you will receive an email asking you to leave a review of your experience!
