Reviews help future customers make informed decisions and provide drivers with valuable insights into their service. By sharing your experience, you contribute to a transparent and reliable marketplace.
Every review on a driver's profile is submitted by a verified customer who has booked a shipment through our platform. This ensures that all feedback reflects genuine experiences.
How to Leave a Review
All customers who book a shipment will receive an email prompting them to leave a review. The email will include a direct link to your driver’s review page. You can also leave a review for your driver directly from your dashboard. To do this, start by logging into your account at www.citizenshipper.com/login, and navigate to the "Bids & Messages" section for the shipment you wish to review.
From there, you should see a tab that says "Review" on the right side of your screen. Click that tab to leave a review!
After clicking on the tab, you will be prompted to rate the driver on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. You’ll also be provided the opportunity to share details of your experience with them. Once the form is completed, click “Post review” to submit.
Once posted, the review will appear on the driver’s profile for all future customers to see.

Review Dispute Process
Your review may be subject to our dispute process if the driver believes it violates our Review Policy. This process ensures fairness by allowing potentially inaccurate or inappropriate content to be reviewed.
While the dispute is under review, the written portion of your review may be temporarily hidden from public view. Our support team will then assess all submitted information and determine whether the review should remain as-is, be partially removed, or be removed entirely.
