Drivers are interested, but all their bids are too high

Well! That's not something we hear every day!

We encourage all drivers to bid reasonably low, in line with what our price estimator tool suggests based on similar shipments previously completed.

Fortunately, CitizenShipper's online marketplace allows you to negotiate with drivers as you see fit. Message each bidder to see if any would be willing to lower their asking price. Keep in mind that most drivers make these decisions depending on their existing routes and other business available in your area.

Finally, when listing a shipment, you have the option of setting a maximum price you'd be willing to pay. This might dissuade some potential bidders, but it makes sure that those that do contact you will be within your price range.
