The Booking Assurance Guarantee is provided every time you book and pay through us and includes the following benefits:
- A dedicated support team available 7 days a week to assist with any questions or concerns
- Personalized rebooking assistance if a driver cancels, including priority support to help you quickly find a replacement
- Full refund of the CitizenShipper booking fee if a driver cancels after booking
- Support if a driver fails to respond to calls or messages within a reasonable timeframe
- Help resolving situations where a driver does not fulfill their agreed-upon commitments
Eligibility
For a claim to be eligible under the Booking Assurance Guarantee, you must book through us and pay using our secure checkout. If a driver cancels on you, then you must contact Customer Support within three days of the event.

What’s not covered
Our Booking with Confidence Guarantee is not trip insurance. It will not cover losses due to things such as natural disasters, weather, or construction.
