The team had shipped 50 new features in the prior 12 months, including saved searches with a mile-radius filter, a bidding calculator, clearer customer urgency and booking-intent signals, and a faster, more secure payout system. Q: How does the CitizenShipper Annual Plan compare to the monthly plan?

The Annual Plan is billed once a year and costs less than paying month to month. In the 2023 announcement, CitizenShipper recommended switching to the Annual Plan to lock in a lower rate. Rates have changed since then, so confirm the current pricing in your account before you switch.

Subscription fee changes for CitizenShipper starting May 1st, 2023

Important improvements are coming to CitizenShipper this year. Starting May 1st, 2023*, we’ll be introducing the following changes:

The monthly CitizenShipper subscription fee will increase from $29.99/month to $39.99/month.
Our Annual Plan will increase from $249/year to $349/year, saving you $130.88 in fees compared to the monthly subscription.

We recommend switching to the Annual Plan to lock in the lowest price.
