How can I find out more about the drivers bidding on my shipment?

You can learn quite a bit about a driver from their profile. To reach a driver's profile page, simply click their name anywhere on the CitizenShipper platform.

All the feedback left by a driver's previous customers is available for to you to review: their star rating, their number of completed shipments and cancelation rates, as well as detailed reviews.

Additionally, profile information typically includes information such as a driver's location, photos, driving licenses, USDOT numbers, available vehicles, and more. Using CitizenShipper's messaging system, you can contact any driver and discuss your shipment or their credentials directly.

Before bidding on your shipment, each driver is required to submit information for an extensive background check, making sure they have not been involved in criminal offenses or driving incidents.
