When you list a shipment on the site, all the drivers that match your listed requirements are notified immediately and can start placing bids on your shipment. Each bid - sometimes referred to as a quote - represents the amount that they would like to get paid for completing your shipment.
Sometimes the bids start coming in almost immediately, sometimes it can take a few minutes or hours. Occasionally, if you're in a remote location, it can take several days. As soon as a bid on your shipment comes in, we'll notify you instantly by sending out an email and a text message.
Clicking on the link enclosed in the notification will take you to your dashboard page, where you'll be able to respond to the drivers, negotiate with them, and ultimately decide whether or not you want to book them.
All the messages you exchange with the drivers via the CitizenShipper platform are kept on record - you can review them at any time, comparing the details of their offers and their ability to meet any special requirements you might have regarding the shipment.
Also, we strongly encourage you to click the links to the drivers' profile pages, where you can look through the feedback left by their previous customers. If their ratings and reviews are to your satisfaction, and if you find their bid acceptable, simply click Book now to see a review of the offer. You'll be shown a breakdown of the fees before you make the final decision and confirm the booking.

Where can I see my listing?
You can view your listing by clicking on the settings cog in the top right corner of your home screen, then clicking "view shipment":)
